Dear saints,

Please fill out this form, so all the saints can be included and shepherded in the care of the church neighborhood by neighborhood especially during this time. We will communicate crucial announcements of meetings and other information primarily through email, phone calls/group text applications/text messages, and the church website. We are working on a google map that shows were all the saints live, so we can stay in contact with our neighbors.
